Real Property & Planning Manager
Job Summary: The Real Property & Planning Manager is a full-time Administrative & Professional position with responsibility for management of all actions required for execution of campus space planning and real estate activities for Oberlin College & Conservatory (OCC). With emphasis on master planning and accountability of the real property inventory, the incumbent provides planning technical assistance and support for accomplishment of the OCC mission and manages the OCC real property portfolio, including owned and leased. The Planning and Real Property Manager reports to the Deputy Chief Facilities Officer, Senior Director of Facility Planning & Construction.
