Property Manager
We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to day management of our commercial properties consisting primarily of grocery anchored shopping centers in Sarasota and Venice, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, construction and facilities management. This role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Role Description The Property Manager will work in-person at our corporate office located in Key Biscayne, Florida. The role involves overseeing property maintenance, construction, coordinating with tenants, managing expenses and ensuring compliance with leases. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:
