Leasing Manager - REMOTE (L-6979)
Our client, a nationally recognized private equity real estate firm, is seeking a Leasing Manager to manage a portfolio of up to 8 retail assets comprising approximately 1.5 million square feet located throughout the Northeast U.S. This will be a remote position, and the candidate can be located in and will be responsible for leasing shopping centers in Philadelphia, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York and Massachusetts. This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Leasing. RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify leasing prospects via canvassing, cold calling, and building relationships with tenants and tenant brokers. Develop a leasing strategy for the vacant spaces.
