Vigilare sul puntuale rispetto dei disposti dei Regolamenti vigenti dell&#xe2;&#8482;Immobile/Struttura Commerciale in gestione, della normativa di gestione, dei contratti sottoscritti, dello Statuto dell&#xe2;&#8482;Ente Gestore, qualora costituito, dell&#xe2;&#8482;organizzazione in generale dei singoli punti di vendita da parte di tutti gli operatori insediati nel Centro.   Convocare tutte le riunioni obbligatorie previste e inserite nei regolamenti e/o nei contratti, oltre a quelle che si rendessero necessarie per la buona gestione del Centro, prestando attenzione al rispetto dei termini, delle frequenze delle convocazioni.   Mantenere costanti ed ottimi rapporti con tutti gli Organi dell&#xe2;&#8482;Ente Gestore e gli operatori del Centro.   Ricercare e selezionare ditte per l&#39;espletamento di tutti i compiti relativi alla gestione dei servizi comuni del Centro predisponendo i necessari capitolati tecnici e ponendo particolare attenzione al contenimento dei costi e richiedendo la collaborazione dei Responsabili di Sede.   Svolgere funzione di coordinamento e controllo per il corretto espletamento da parte dei soggetti incaricati, dei servizi generali quali, a titolo esemplificativo: Pulizia della galleria e delle altre parti comuni, nonch&#xc3;&#xa9; la verifica estetica e generale del Centro; Vigilanza diurna e notturna, regolamentando gli accessi degli Operatori e dei fornitori nel periodo di chiusura della struttura commerciale; Manutenzione ordinaria degli impianti del centro Commerciale; Conferimento e sgombero rifiuti; Sgombero neve durante la stagione invernale, con particolare riguardo allo spargimento del sale (materiale/sostanze antigelive idonee per le pavimentazioni presenti e approvate dal costruttore/propriet&#xc3;&#xa0;) nei momenti di rischio dovuto al ghiaccio, onde evitare eventuali cadute; Manutenzione delle aree verdi interne ed esterne. Programmare e gestire le locazioni temporanee o eventuali affitti di spazi pubblicitari valorizzando gli spazi comuni per attivit&#xc3;&#xa0; promozionali, commerciali, e espositive. Predisposizione e definizione del piano marketing del Centro Commerciale (monitoraggio spese/budget marketing; organizzazione e monitoraggio delle attivit&#xc3;&#xa0; animative, promozionali e di comunicazione.
