Responsible for directing the activities of property management on a day-to-day basis for a large asset, reporting to the VP of Property Management. Oversees lower level property management staff in some cases. Has direct contact with tenants and impacts company/tenant relations. Responsible for executing proactive oversight, maintenance and problem prevention, financial analysis and reporting, including budgeting and re-forecasting, accounts payable and receivable, materials management, infrastructure maintenance, enhancement and renovation, contract negotiation and execution, safety and security, policy and procedures development and implementation on behalf of the building owner/management. Represent and forge relationships with property owners, contractors and building occupants.
