Vice President of Property Management (M-6650)
Our Client is a privately held, full-service real estate firm which leases and manages retail and mixed-use assets in the Southeast. The portfolio includes properties totaling over 8.5 million square feet in 6 states. Our Client strives to provide a unique approach to every property which results in exceptional asset performance. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities of one or more properties in the portfolio to protect and enhance the real estate assets. In addition, the individual will oversee multiple property managers within a specific geographic region of the company. The selected candidate will be a collaborative team player with leadership qualities, that welcomes a challenge and is confident in their decision-making ability.
