The Coordinator, Business Development Leasing Services is responsible for the deal input, lease administration, reporting expertise and validation, forecast and budget validation, and onboarding of new department hires in tools and processes. This position requires a strong understanding of department policies and procedures, reporting functionality, forecasting and budgeting requirements, and Yardi Elevate Retail Manager.
