Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking an attorney for its Commercial Real Estate team in its Charlotte office. The attorney will assist with a wide variety of commercial real estate tasks, not limited to acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence and joint ventures.

 Moore & Van Allen’s Commercial Real Estate group provides extensive experience, effective strategies and a practical approach to guiding real estate developers, institutional investors, companies and financial institutions through complex commercial real estate transactions locally, statewide and nationwide in a timely and cost-efficient manner. The group is comprised of over 30 attorneys and working on all types of commercial real estate, from office buildings to industrial sites, shopping centers to mixed-use developments and residential subdivisions to hotels. The Commercial Real Estate group is often engaged to work on marquee and landmark projects throughout North Carolina and beyond.

The ideal candidate will possess a JD with commercial real estate experience; specifically, experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting commercial real estate transactions. Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, be professional, self-motivated and a team player with strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills.
