Our client, a national retailer, is seeking a retail Lease Administrator/Paralegal in Atlanta, GA. The client’s portfolio includes over 150 retail stores, plus distribution centers/warehouses/truck transfer lots, and several small shopping centers.  The ideal candidate will have experience working for both retail tenant(s) and landlord(s).  The client actively develops its properties (primarily owned/occasionally ground leased).  It sometimes leases existing retail property as a tenant, and it also owns such properties that it leases as a landlord.
