Note: Location may also be Orlando, FL or Dallas, TX Summary This position is accountable for the design management, planning, permitting, organization, scheduling, and overall budgeting of new small-scale retail developments, outparcel developments, and/or small-scale renovation and redevelopment projects. This position reports to Senior Director, Development Services. The major challenges of this position are coordination of many aspects of multiple projects and managing the activities of engineers, architects, and other design consultants.
