Our Client is a well-established Philadelphia-based shopping center owner seeking an experienced Construction Director who will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects. Position reports to the Owner.  Responsibilities include: The ability to plan, study, administer, evaluate, and design engineering and construction methods and procedures for both renovation and new construction projects. Solicit, Hire and Direct architects, engineers, designers, general contractors and/or subcontractors when the scope of the job is sufficient to warrant either a general contractor or individual subcontractor.
