Our Client, an industry leader in the commercial real estate market, has over 70+ shopping centers covering approximately 20 million square feet in over 15 states across the United States.  They are seeking a Regional Property Manager for their Southeast region who will be responsible for assets located in the Atlanta metropolitan area and who enjoys making a difference, being part of a team, and takes pride in their career.  Reporting to the Director of Property Management – Southeast, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing a portfolio within the Southeast region.  Responsibilities Solicit bid proposals and review contracts for execution of landscaping, cleaning, security, and preventative maintenance for assigned properties requiring a
