General Responsibilities: The Development Manager is responsible for the coordination and execution of the pre-construction and development process for assigned projects within the Client’s portfolio. Candidate should have the ability to facilitate, manage, coordinate, report, and execute all related development activities and approvals with continued involvement throughout the critical path of construction to stabilization of the project. Conduct new development due diligence and analysis and make recommendations. Create and deliver professional, thoughtful internal and external reports on a timely basis.
