Lease Administrator (L-6621)
The purpose of this position is to support lease administration in the maintenance of the tenant database. This position reports to the Manager, Lease Administration. Input renewals, assignments and lease terminations into property management database and distribute abstract by e-mail for all territories. Calculate, bill, and send backup for tenants that pay annual taxes (most in December / January 1 billing). Assist Lease Administration Manager with annual recoveries. Scan lease documents. Work with leasing, managers, and tenants to retrieve current contact information when necessary and update MRI. Calculate Quarterly CAM billings and collect delinquent amount.
