Lease Revenue Analyst (SMC)
We are seeking a Lease Revenue Analyst to manage and oversee the entire revenue stream, as primarily driven by the rent roll, for a portfolio of properties. The Lease Revenue Analyst is responsible for complete, accurate and timely billing and recording of all tenant rent, impounds and other revenue. Essential Job Functions: Manage and oversee lease revenue accurately and completely via the rent roll process for a portfolio of properties, through timely completion of work in a deadline-oriented environment with monthly, quarterly, annual and project specific requirements.
