We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to partner directly with the President & CEO in leading and scaling a dynamic, multi-channel business.
This is a critical leadership role for a proven operator who thrives on turning strategy into execution, building high-performing teams, and driving results across a complex organization.
You will have the opportunity to shape the future of the business, lead key operational functions, and create systems that enable long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
As COO, you will own execution across the organization and ensure operational excellence at every level:
Lead & Develop Teams – Build and mentor a high-performing operations organization; drive accountability, alignment, and results
Drive Strategy Execution – Translate company strategy into clear priorities and ensure disciplined execution across all functions
Oversee Operations – Manage day-to-day performance across retail, distribution, facilities, and pop-up operations
Improve Systems & Productivity – Implement and optimize tools (including Asana) and processes to increase efficiency and communication
Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment – Break down silos and create seamless collaboration across departments
Manage Risk & Performance – Safeguard assets, mitigate operational risks, and deliver results aligned with financial and service goals
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) or in a comparable senior operations leadership role
Proven experience leading operations in a multi-unit or multi-functional environment (retail or luxury experience strongly preferred)
Experience working with CO-OPs or cooperative business models is a strong plus
A track record of building teams, driving accountability, and delivering measurable results
Strong business acumen with experience in planning, financial performance, and execution
Experience implementing systems, processes, and operational improvements at scale
Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus
Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style with a bias for action
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
3+ years of COO or senior operations leadership experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational tools (e.g., Asana or similar platforms)
Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to travel as needed
